Vietnamese Salad Rolls

This is a great addition to my 200 Kcal 5:2 recipes even though we can buy it at a well known Princes Street store.  IMG_0574Add an apple and that’s it up to the 200 Kcal mark. It has a lot of chewing and so feels like a good satisfying meal with bags of flavour which is often missing from diet meals.
